An Extra Special Magic Birthday Card
This month I participated in the Stampin’ Under the Aurora card swap and created this fun magic card! What I love about this card, besides the bright colors, is the interactive nature this card displays. This was a new card design I haven’t made, so this was going to be a fun challenge to expand my paper crafting skills.

Perfect for Kids of All Ages!
When I made this card, I thought it would be the perfect card for my great nieces, great nephews, and grandchildren. However, I think my sister would also love this card as she is a crafter and loves her pups! I’m not sure who will receive this specific card, yet, but I do know I will be making additional “magic cards” in the near future!
This Picture is Deceiving
When you look at this card, you may think . . . “hmmm . . . why did Annette not color the dog?” The card does not look complete.
Well, that is where the magic lies. When the holder pulls up on the black twine at the top of the card, the dog “magically” becomes visible in full color! WOW!! See, I told you this if a fun card to share . . . and is MAGIC!!!
And for those of us that know anything about fun . . . birthdays are ALWAYS more special with sprinkles!!! I guess that’s why I like to put sprinkles on top of cakes and cupcakes I make throughout the year. LOL
If you would like to create this card, all the supplies can be found in my online store. Remember, this card is perfect for all types of occasions, so change up the stamp set and designer series paper to create your own unique card!
Currently, I don’t have other posts to share with this technique, but check out the cards I received from this card swap! They are AMAZING!!
Can you see why I am excited to share this card?! This will certainly be another fun card design that I make sooner than later.
Go ahead and get your supplies ready, watch my video, and create your own magic card!
